Microsoft Teams is a well-integrated part of many modern work environments – and with the right keyboard shortcuts, you can use the tool even more efficiently. In this blog post, I’ll share my 7 favourite shortcuts.
The 3 most important buttons during any meeting are the microphone, camera and screen share buttons But you can also turn these features on and off with the following shortcuts:
- Camera: Ctrl + Shift + O
- Microphone: Ctrl + Shift + M
- Screen sharing: Ctrl + Shift + E
When working in Teams, you can use shortcuts to quickly start a new chat conversation, edit your last message and even add a file to the chat:
- Start a new chat: Ctrl + N
- Edit your last message: Up arrow
