One of the huge advantages of a digital notebook is the ease of sharing. Share your insights with your colleagues by selecting Fileand then Share. You can specify email addresses of the lucky recipients and a simple click on Sharewill do the rest.
Attention: remember to check whether you want to assign read or write permission to your colleagues. This is done by selecting the correct option from the menu to the right of the address book. It is also important to know that you need to save your notebook to an online location. We think OneDrive would be the ideal solution!
